Olga Kelley has been practicing criminal defense in the San Francisco Bay area since becoming a licensed attorney in June 2007.
She attended Golden Gate University's School of Law in San Francisco and graduated with Juris Doctor Degree in May 2006. While in law school, Olga worked for prominent criminal defense attorneys and was a judicial extern to Associate Justice Timothy Reardon, First District Court of Appeal in San Francisco.
She has successfully represented her clients in criminal cases, including DUI, domestic violence, possession and sale of drugs, and others. She has gained a reputation of an aggressive and passionate attorney who fights for the rights and freedoms of her clients.
Olga has achieved excellent results for her clients by winning motions, jury trials and appeals, getting dismissals or successful plea bargains.
She practices in San Mateo, San Francisco and Alameda counties, but takes cases in all the counties in greater San Francisco Bay area and more distant counties in California.
Olga was nominated as Northern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017.
Prior to attending law school, Olga had a successful career in marketing and worked for more than 11 years in high tech and telecommunication companies in the USA and abroad.
She has an MBA Degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
Olga is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, speaks and writes in other European languages.
